Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Shows

For bookings under $1000, It is optional to pay deposit in advance (10%), however: 

  • If you cancel or reschedule any service with more than 12 hours notice, there is no cancellation fee or additional fee to reschedule if you notify me by email, SMS or phone, you can email or sms anytime of the day and don't have to wait till regular business hours. 
  • If you cancel any service with less than 12 hours notice without rescheduling, You will be billed 10% of the invoice amount, or not get refunded the deposit if you have made any. 
  • If you need to reschedule any service with less than 12 hours notice, I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but please do so before the service commencing time, You may be billed 10% of the invoice amount, or not get refunded the deposit if you have made any. 
  • If you are a  "no-show", You will be billed 10% of the invoice amount, or not get refunded the deposit if you have made any. 

When I need to cancel or reschedule:

In very rare occasions,  I might need to cancel or reschedule a service. When I cancel an appointment, you will not be charged any amount and all deposit will be refunded, you will also receive a 10% discount if you want to reschedule a canceled appointment by me.  

If I reschedule your appointment, you will receive a 10% discount for your bookings. 

In case of any cancellation/reschedule/no-shows due to Force Majeure, I will refund any payment made by The Client.
